Le guitariste du groupe de Groove Metal américain Lamb Of God, Mark Morton, avait annoncé il y a quelque temps qu’il travaillait sur un projet sur lequel figurait une collaboration avec le défunt chanteur de Linkin Park, Chester Bennington. Jusqu’ici, nous ne savions que très peu à propos de ce mystérieux opus.
Désormais, Mark Morton nous révèle que ce projet n’est autre que son album solo ! Ce dernier se nomme Anesthetic, et est rempli de diverses collaborations. Vous pouvez vous en rendre compte vous même avec la tracklist postée ci-dessous. L’album est prévu pour le 1er mars 2019 via WPP Records et Spinefarm Records, et a été produit par Josh Wilbur, connu pour ses travaux avec Lamb Of God, Gojira ou encore Trivium.
Le guitariste de Lamb Of God a également publié un premier single promotionnel ! C’est la chanson The Truth Is Dead, avec en featuring Randy Blythe de Lamb Of God et Alissa White-Gluz d’Arch Enemy.
Hey y’all. So… I’ve been quietly working on a solo album for the last couple of years and I am stoked to announce that it will be released in 2019!
