Le groupe de Metalcore britannique Bullet For My Valentine tease un nouveau clip pour la chanson Not Dead Yet issue de son dernier album Gravity, sorti durant l’été 2018.
La chanteur du groupe, Matt Tuck, s’est exprimé à propos du nouvel album lors d’une interview pour Full Metal Jackie :
We really wanted to kind of ease back on the more technical side of the band, which we displayed numerous times over the years on every single record, with shredding solos and really complicated song structures and drum patterns and stuff like that, and we just wanted to simplify everything and just have foundations and walls of sound, so that the lyrical content and the vocal performances, especially, were in the spotlight on every single song this time.
Ainsi, le groupe exprime son désir de créer un album plus simple et plus construit autour de la performance vocale. Ayant déjà créé des opus techniques et complexes auparavant, en composant Gravity les musiciens ont visé un style qui s’apparante plus à l’univers du Rock Radio, ce qui, sans surprise, va très bien au groupe.
Bullet For My Valentine est en ce moment en tournée américaine, accompagné de We Cames As Romans et Bad Omens.
