Le musicien Devin Townsend prépare une nouvelle tournée minimaliste qui passera en Europe courant 2019. En effet, Hevy Devy n’est pas assez occupé entre la composition de son colossal prochain opus Empath, le nouvel album de Casualties Of Cool, et le futur EP de Ziltoid. Le musicien prévoit en plus une tournée qui passera en Europe et en Inde intitulée An Evening With. Cette dernière aura lieu courant mars/avril 2019, et sera consitutée de performances solo de Devin avec des sections de questions/réponses.
M. Townsend a décidé de revenir à une ambiance plus intimiste avec ce nouveau projet, voulant se rapprocher encore plus de son public qui le soutient depuis si longtemps. Malheureusment, aucune date en France. Les fans intéressés devront être patients ou faire de la route.
Before I tour with a band again, I wanted to have the opportunity to play for you, and meet up with the people who not only have made my work possible, but inspire me to continue. In a world of computers and social media, to be stripped of all the bells and whistles is a very important step for my reintroduction to the live concert world.
