Wolfgang Van Halen portera une botte de protection au pied gauche pendant les quatre à six prochaines semaines après s’être foulé la cheville.
Le fils de 30 ans du légendaire guitariste Eddie Van Halen s’est blessé au pied en descendant de son bus de tournée tôt mercredi avant de se produire avec son groupe Mammoth WVH à Huntsville, en Alabama, plus tard dans la soirée.
Hier, Wolfgang Van Halen a publié une photo de son pied sur les réseaux sociaux et a écrit : “Je suis tombé du bus ce matin et je me suis foulé la cheville. Je dois maintenant porter cette botte pendant 4 à 6 semaines”.
“On dirait que cette botte aura une certaine expérience des concerts.”
” À ce soir, Huntsville.”
Wolfgang a ajouté plus tard : “Bon, le soundcheck était… Intéressant. On dirait que je vais être Dave Grohl-ing ce soir, les amis. Soyez indulgents avec moi haha”.
Récemment, Wolfgang Van Halen s’est emporté sur les réseaux sociaux contre les fans de Van Halen, déclarant : “Si je dois m’habituer à ne pas avoir de père, ces gens peuvent s’habituer à ne plus voir un groupe en concert”.
Le groupe Mammoth WVH a passé deux mois sur la route en tant que première partie de la tournée nord-américaine de Guns N’ Roses, We’re F’n Back. À cette occasion, Wolfgang a rejoint Guns N’ Roses sur scène pour interpréter Paradise City.
